When the toilet is flushed, water flows
to the rim and into the bowl. As the water
level rises, it flows out to sewage waste
through the U.T.A.. What makes this toilet
unique is the secondary chamber, the
secondary exit port , and the built in trap
primer which maintains the U.T.A that
prevents sewer gasses from entering the
occupied space. Should local codes require
it, a separate remote trap primer can easily
be added between the U.T.A. and toilet
connection flange.
